At Kheflaxxphel, we are committed to providing exceptional workshop experiences and high-quality handcrafted products. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Return Policy to address cancellations, refunds, and exchanges fairly and transparently.
This policy applies to all workshop bookings, products, and gift vouchers purchased through our website or in person at our studio. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participants
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your workshop booking, the following policies apply:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled workshop: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop: No refund, but you may receive credit toward a future workshop at our discretion
- No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): No refund or credit
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before the original workshop date can typically be accommodated without penalty.
Transferring Your Booking
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop with the new participant's details.
Cancellation by Kheflaxxphel
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Severe weather conditions
- Facility issues or unforeseen circumstances
- Public health concerns
If we cancel a workshop, you will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Credit toward a future workshop of equal or greater value
- Rescheduling to the next available date for the same workshop
We will notify you of any cancellation as soon as possible via the email address provided during booking.
Product Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unburned (for candles), and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles that have been lit or burned
- Custom or personalized items
- Items created during workshops
- Products marked as final sale
- Gift vouchers and certificates
- Items damaged through misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Once approved, package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our studio address using a trackable shipping method
- Include your return authorization number and order details
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us improve our shipping procedures.
Gift Vouchers
Redemption
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any workshop or product of equal or lesser value. If the selected item or workshop costs more than the voucher value, the difference can be paid at the time of booking or purchase.
Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded. We recommend using your voucher well before the expiration date to ensure availability for your preferred workshop.
Non-Transferable Value
Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused portions of a voucher after redemption may be available as credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Please treat your gift voucher like cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers. Keep your voucher code in a safe place.
Refund Processing
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/debit card refunds will be credited to the original card
- Cash payments may be refunded via check or store credit
- Gift voucher purchases will be refunded as store credit
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Store credits are available immediately
- Check refunds may take up to 14 business days
Please note that the timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution.
Special Circumstances
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 6 or more participants, special cancellation terms may apply. Please refer to your group booking agreement or contact us for details.
Private Events
Private event bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation policies for private events are outlined in the individual event agreement provided at the time of booking.
Promotional Offers
Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes may have modified return policies. Any special terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.
